DAY 100 — Continuation
Principle
A practice only matters if it persists without scaffolding. Instruction teaches orientation; continuation proves integration. What follows this course is not repetition of tasks, but the ability to generate your own with clarity and restraint.
Practice
Decide tomorrow’s task without reference to the course. Base it on what you know now: your habits, resistances, and strengths. Keep it simple and repeatable. The point is sustainability, not ambition.
Photographic Task
Make one frame guided entirely by your own directive. The photograph should feel inevitable rather than impressive. If it reflects judgement rather than obedience, the course has completed its work.
Reflection
You no longer need instruction. Practice continues through choice, not assignment. Seeing remains active when responsibility is accepted.
Extra Tip
Choose a task you would still do when motivation disappears.

Congratulations, Matthew....! This has been epic and really needs to be converted into a 'physical' form as well as something online (an 'app' / 'e-book'?) so that people can dip in as needed to get the best from their photography.
